Woman Watering at the Waterfont

A few days ago, it was windy but warm enough to water the flowers in the pots along the waterfront, which is what she's doing

I think a lot of lovely little spots in our area are tended by individuals who simply want to enhance the neighborhood for all of us.  Thank you.
